【摘要】 目的:探讨滋肾柔肝活血法联合免疫调节剂治疗自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)的临床疗效。方法:以滋肾柔肝活血中药为主联合胸腺肽及α甘草酸二铵治疗40例AIH,治疗前及治疗3个月后,对生化指标、自身抗体、免疫球蛋白、临床症状、体征及影像学进行综合分析。结果:治疗3个月后,显效20例(50%),有效18例(45%),无效2例(5%),治疗前后肝功能对比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合胸腺肽及α甘草酸二铵为主治疗自身免疫性肝炎疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical therapeutic effect on autoimmunity hepatitis(AIH) by integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods:The Chinese medicine to nourish kidney,smooth liver and promote blood circulation combined with immunomodulators(Thymopetidum) and diammonium glycyrrhizinate were used to treat 40 cases of AIH. After 3 months, the biochemistric indexes such as ALT, AST,γ-GT,ALP,A/G,TBil;immune indexes(auto-antibodies) such as ANA,SMA,AMA,LKM;immune globin such as IgG,IgA,IgM, γ-globinand; clinical symptom and imaging index were analyzed synthetically. Results:The market efficacy, efficacy and inefficacy cases were respectively 20(50%),18(45%),2(5%). The statistical significance was distinct (P<0.01)before and after therapy.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of the Chinese medicine(nourish kidney,smooth liver and promote blood circulation) combined with Thymopetidum and diammonium glycyrrhizinate ov AIH is effective distinctly.更多还原
