【摘要】 目的观察冲击综合治疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法96例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为对照组和冲击综合治疗组各48例;观察两组治疗后不良反应和生活质量(QOL)。结果两组在化疗不良反应和生活质量方面差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论冲击综合治疗能明显降低化疗药物毒副反应,提高非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量,为治疗非小细胞肺癌的理想新技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the effect of treatmeant by percussive compositive on quality of life in Patients with Advanced Non-small cell Lung Cancer.[Methods] Ninety-six cases of Non-small cell Lung Cancer on advanced stage were randomly divided into control group and study group,48 cases each.The adverse effect and scores of quality of life during chemotherapy were observed and recorded.[Results] There were significant difference in adverse effect and scores of quality of life during chemotherapy in two groups(P <0.01).[Conclusion] Treatmeant by percussive compositive can significantiy reduce adverse effect of chemotherapy and improve QOL of Non-small cell Lung Cancer.更多还原
