【摘要】 目的观察牙周病患者戴用套筒冠义齿后的修复疗效。方法为10名牙周病患者共制作套筒冠义齿18件,通常于戴牙后1个月,患者基本适应戴用义齿。通过问卷调查表,了解患者戴用义齿后的适应情况,对义齿的满意程度及咀嚼功能的变化等方面。结果所有患者每天坚持戴用义齿,并保持较好的清洁习惯;80%以上的患者对各自所戴用的套筒冠义齿表示满意;90%以上的患者感觉义齿对说话和进食无影响;大多数患者认为饮食结构与治疗前相比发生了变化,咀嚼功能变好。结论调查结果说明牙周病患者对套筒冠义齿的修复治疗效果是满意的。说明套筒冠义齿对牙周病有较好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of patients with periodontal; diseases afterprosthodontic treatment lf telescopic denture with questionnaire.MethodsThe number of all patients with oeriodonta; diseasese in this study is 10 Total 18 telescopic dentures were made in one month after treatment when the patients a; most coped with their dentures ,their persona; feeings; ike the fitness,the satisfaction and the a;teration of the function of mastication were investigated with questionnaire.ResultsAll the patiens wear their telescopic dentures every day and have good habit of cleanung their teeth and dentures. More than 80﹪of the patients are satisfied with their tele- scopic dentures. Most patients think there have changes of their food structures and improvements in mastication funcion after treatment.ConclusionThe results of the investigation show that the patients with periodontal dis- eases are satisfied with the effeccts of prosthodontic treatment with telescopic denture.it is indicated that the result of prosthodontic treatment on periodontal diseases with telescopic denture is fairly.更多还原
