【摘要】 目的观察丹参注射液对原发性肾病综合征患者凝血系统的改善作用。方法将原发性肾病综合征患者42例随机分为两组:在使用足量强的松及肾病综合征常规治疗的基础上,治疗(观察)组用丹参注射液30mL加入低分子右旋糖酐250mL中静滴,1次/d,对照组以低分子右旋糖酐250mL+海普宁(低分子肝素)5000u/次静滴,1次/d,分别于用药前和用药14d后观察凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原定量(FIB)、凝血酶时间(TT)等指标变化。结果治疗后两组患者的各项指标较治疗前差异均有显著性的改善,用低右+丹参注射液疗效与使用低右+海普宁疗效差异无显著性。结论低右+丹参注射液具有和低右+海普宁相似的作用,能显著改善肾病综合征患者的高凝状态,提高肾病综合征的疗效。更多还原
