【摘要】 目的研究心脏机械瓣膜置换术后华法林钠的应用。方法调查2000年1月￣2004年9月心脏机械瓣膜置换患者633例。统计分析其术后华法林钠的应用情况及并发症。结果术后长期应用华法林钠患者为620人。其中出现严重并发症者11例(1.77%)。结论华法林钠应用在心机械瓣膜置换术后已成常规,但可引起一些致命性并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the use of warfarin sodium after mechanical heart valve replacement. Methods Investigate 633 patients who received mechanical heart valve replacement from January 2001 to September 2004. Analysis the use of warfarin sodium.Results620 patients use warfarin sodium regularly. Severe complications occured in 11 patients (1.77%).ConclusionsIt’ s routine to use warfarin sodium after mechanical heart valve replacement. But some fatal complications may occur.更多还原
