【摘要】 目的研究双氯芬酸钠低剂量低浓度局部应用的抗炎镇痛作用及黏膜刺激作用。方法观察双氯芬酸钠低剂量低浓度腹腔给药对醋酸致小鼠扭体作用及毛细血管通透性增加的影响,局部给药对大鼠棉球肉芽形成的影响,局部长时间接触对的刺激作用。结果双氯芬酸钠低剂量低浓度给药可明显抑制醋酸致小鼠扭体反应,减轻醋酸致毛细血管通透性的增加,抑制棉球肉芽肿的形成,对黏膜无明显刺激作用。结论双氯芬酸钠低剂量低浓度局部应用具有较强的抗炎镇痛效应,无明显黏膜刺激作用。口含片用于口腔小手术后抗炎镇痛将既可保证具有较好的疗效,又能降低传统给药剂量时出现的不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectivesTo investigate the analgesic and anti- inflammatory effects, and the mucosa irritation of diclofenac sodium (DS) lozenge applied locally at low dose and concentration.MethodsObserving the effects of DS on acetic acid- induced writhing and increased capillary permeability in mice when it was administered intraperi- toneally, the granuloma formation induced by cotton pellet in rat when it was applied locally, and the mucous mem- brane irritation of DS lozenge.ResultsDS at low dose and concentration could significantly decrease the acetic acid- induced writhing and attenuate the increased capillary permeability in mice, inhibit granuloma formation in rats, and have no obvious mucous membrane irritation reaction.ConclusionDS applied locally at low dose and concentration has potent analgesic and anti- inflammatory effects, and DS lozenge may be an effective drug for atten- uating the pain after dental surgery with fewer side effects.更多还原
