【摘要】 目的探讨“妈咪爱”和清肝利胆口服液联合治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法以1998年5月￣2004年2月收治的210例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组103例,采用西医常规治疗;治疗组107例,在常规治疗的同时加用“妈咪爱”和清肝利胆口服液。结果治疗组胆红素日平均下降值为(54.38±18.28)μmol/L,明显高于对照组(39.85±19.96)μmol/L,P<0.01,治疗天数(6.5±2.5)d明显短于对照组(8.2±4.8)d,P<0.01。结论“妈咪爱”和清肝利胆口服液联合治疗新生儿高胆红素血症能够迅速降低血胆红素水平,明显缩短治疗时间,更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To discuss the effects of medial- vita and Qingganlidan oral liquid treat the neonatal hyper-bilirubinemia. 【Methods】Medial- vita and Qingganlidan oral liquid were administered together with conventionaltreatment. 【Result】The level of serum bilirubin decreased by average of (54.38 ±18.28) μmol/L daily in treatmentgroup, which was obviously higher than that in control group [(39.85 ±19.96) μmol/L]. The time of treatment intreatment group [(6.45±2.5) d] was obsviously shorter than that in control group [(8.28±4.8) d]. 【Conclusion】Withmedial- vita and qingganlidan oral liquid treating neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, the serum bilirubin level could belowered rapidly and the treatment time could be shortened obviously .更多还原
