丹参限制犬心肌梗死范围及其机制的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨丹参对心肌梗死(MI)犬心的保护作用及其部分机制。方法10只犬随机分成丹参组(D组)和对照组(C组),建立MI模型,分别给予丹参注射液和生理盐水,共21d,冠脉结扎前、后行冠脉造影,术前及术后第22d查8项血液流变学指标,测量MI面积及心肌血管面密度。结果D组MI面积明显小于C组;冠脉结扎后2h和22dD组侧枝血管明显多于C组;在MI急性期,血小板聚集性和血黏度较MI前明显增高,而丹参能阻止上述改变;D组缺血区心肌毛细血管和供血血管面密度较C组明显增加。结论丹参能促进犬冠脉侧枝循环的开放和形成,抑制MI后血小板聚集和降低血黏度,改善微循环,限制MI范围。

【Abstract】 【Objective】To evaluate the protective effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza (SM) on ischemic myocardium indogs with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and to reveal its possible mechanism.【Methods】Ten dogs were ran-domly divided into SM (D) group and control (C) group. AMI model was built in all dogs, SM or saline was adminis-tered for 21 days. Coronary angiography were performed before and after ligation of coronary artery. 8 hemorheologi-cal parameters were examined before and 22d after operation. The infarct zone and vessels density of myocardiumwere assessed.【Results】 The infarct area in group D was smaller than that in group C. Angiography on hour 2 andday 22 after ligation of coronary artery revealed significant augmentation of collateral vessels in group D versus con-trol. The platelet aggregation and the blood viscosity increased during AMI when compared with control phase, andthe increased indexes during AMI would be inhibited when SM were given. Capillaries and distribution vessels den-sity in ischemic size on day 22 appeared statistically significant augmentation in group D as compared with control.【Conclusion】 SM might improve the opening and formation of coronary collateral circulation, and inhibit the in-crease of platelet aggregation and blood viscosity during AMI, and then improve microcirculation and restrict myocar-dial infarct area.
