【摘要】 目的对晚期青光眼局麻改进和手术效果的观察。方法用2%利多卡因表麻加球结膜浸润麻醉下,对68例(76眼)晚期青光眼行小梁切除术,术中房水缓慢释放。结果所有手术病例麻醉满意,安全可靠,术后近期随诊观察,眼压控制理想,视力均稳定良好,且视力提高两行以上者6例(眼),视野扩大5°～10°者4例(眼)。结论青光眼局麻改进为一安全可靠而又满意的麻醉方法,加之术中手术方法注意得当,是青光眼手术的良好保障,特别是对晚期青光眼,二者则为行之有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To improve the local anaesthesia method for late glaucoma, and to observe the postoperation effects. [Methods] 68 cases of late glaucoma receiving trabeculectomy were given 2% Lignocaine for topical and infiltration anaesthesia. The aqueous fluid was released slowly during operation. [Results] The effects of anesthesia were satisfactory. Following-up observation showed that the intraocular tensions were well controlled, the visual acuity was stable, and 6 cases(eyes) improved two lines, the visual field of 4 cases(eyes) improved 5°-10°. [Conclusions] The improved local anaesthesia and proper operative methods are safe and effective for glaucoma operations, especially for late glaucoma operations.更多还原
