【摘要】 目的探讨沙布填塞在止血困难的重度肝损伤中的实施方法及有效性和安全性。方法对医院1996年12月~2003年12月收住的17例采取沙布填塞处理的止血困难的重度肝损伤病例作回顾性分析。结果17例病例中痊愈13例,占76.47%;死亡4例,占23.53%,其死亡原因为特重型脑损伤2例、多器官功能衰竭2例;术后出现并发症有右胸腔积液4例,再次出血3例,肺部感染3例,切口感染3例,膈下脓肿2例,胆漏1例,均经保守治疗痊愈。结论沙布填塞应用于止血困难的重度肝损伤的抢救,具有较高的有效性和安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To discuss the actualize method, clinical efficacy and safety of gauze packing in hemostasia difficulty severe liver injury. [Methods] Review the situation of hemostasia difficulty severe liver injury 17 cases treated with gauze packing from December 1996 to December 2003. [Result] 13 cases (76.47%) were cured, death in 4 case (23.53%), in special heavy brain damnify and multiple organ failure eath 2cases. There were complications that right thorax effusion 4case, bleeding again 3cases,bacterial pneumonia 3cases, incision infection 3 cases, subiaphragmeti abscess 2 cases, bile leakage a case, They were cured with non-operation treatment.
