【摘要】 目的评价激光治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床效果。方法应用Nd:YAG激光进行鼓膜打孔并外耳道内照射治疗分泌性中耳炎97例157耳,对照组93例139耳采用传统的鼓膜穿刺抽液和鼓室内注射地塞米松,随访半年以上,比较其疗效。结果激光治疗组157耳患者鼓膜全部愈合,无任何并发症发生,痊愈率为93.6%,和对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论激光治疗分泌性中耳炎具有方便、快捷、痛苦小、疗效好等优点,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To evaluating the efficiency of Nd: YAG laser in trentment of secretory otitis media(SOM). [Methods] Nd:YAG laser was used for myringotomy and irradiating in external auditory canal for 157 ears with SOM, and 139 ears with SOM were treated by traditional method: tympanic puncture and exsuction the effusion, all patients were follow-up above 6 months, and the effect was evaluated. [Results] All tympans have completely healed up, no complication happened in any case, and the fully recovery rate was 93.6% in laser treated group, compared with comparison group, the difference was significant. [Conclusion] Nd:YAG laser used for SOM have some excellence such as convenience, shortcut, a little pain and prominent effect, it is worth popularizing.更多还原
