【摘要】 目的探索治疗顽固性腹水的方法。方法使用可乐丽8800血液净化仪作为治疗仪器,采用腹水超滤浓缩回输方法治疗23例肝硬化并顽固性腹水患者,每次超滤腹水4000￣5000mL,并设对照组,入选病人26例,采用内科治疗。结果超滤浓缩治疗后治疗组所有患者体重下降,腹围缩小,尿量增加,患者临床症状明显改善,检测发现治疗后的血清总蛋白和白蛋白水平较治疗前有所提高,但无显著性差异(P>0.05),血及腹水的电解质浓度保持不变(P>0.05),治疗组23例患者中有12例为显效,6例有效,5例无效,治疗总有效率为78.26%,而对照组26例仅4例为显效,5例有效,17例无效,总有效率为34.61%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论结果提示腹水超滤浓缩回输对治疗顽固性腹水有较好的疗效,操作及所需仪器简单,可在广大基层医院推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To search a effective therapeutics for persistent ascites of cirrhosis. The treat machine was used the KM-8 800, 23 patients of persistent ascites in liver cirrhosis were treated by infusing ultrafitrate concentration back into abdominal cavity, the rate of ascites were filtered once from 4 000 mL to 5 000 mL. 26 patient was the controlled group by medical treating. After the treating end, the weight and abdomen circumference of all of patients in treating group were decreased, the urine output was increased, the clinical symptom was ameliorated. The level of the serum total protein and albumin were slightly arisen in the treating group than controi group, but no significant (P >0.05), the electrolyte concentration of blood and ascites was not changed (P >0.05). The efftctive rate was 78.26 percent(18/23,78.26%) in ttreating group, while control group was 34.61 percent (9/26,34.61%), (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Infusing ascites ultrafitrate concentration back into abdominal cavity is effective therapeutics method for the patient with persistent ascites. The method is safe and instrument is simple, It is can spreadly used in basis hospital.更多还原
