兔退行性膝关节病与血清NO、ET的变化及局部松解的影响
Experimental study on NO and ET change of knee joint degeneration model and effect of the local loosening therapy
【摘要】 目的观察实验性膝关节退行性变模型一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)的变化及局部松解对其影响。方法30只家兔随机分为3组,正常对照组10只、模型空白组及模型松解治疗组各10只。放射免疫检测血浆中NO、ET的浓度。结果模型组血中ET含量显著升高(P<0.05);NO含量显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗6周时模型治疗组ET含量明显降低(P<0.05),NO含量明显增加(P<0.05)。结论实验性膝关节退行性变模型血管内皮功能受损;局部松解治疗对其有调节、改善作用。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe experimentally NO and ET change of knee joint degeneration model and the effect of the local loosening therapy. Thirty rabbits were divided into three groups at random: 10 in the normal group, 10 in the blank model group and 10 in the loosening therapy group. The concentration of NO and ET in the blood plasma was detected by radio-mmunity. The ET content in the model group increased obviously (compared to the normal group P <0.05). After being treated for six weeks, the ET content in the loosening therapy group was significantly reduced (compared to the normal group P <0.05). The NO content markedly increased (compared to the model group P <0.01). [Conclusion] The demo-function was damaged in the blood vessel of the experimental knee joint degeneration model; the local loosening therapy can regulated and improve it.
