【摘要】 目的探讨肺炎患儿肺炎支原体(MP)感染的实验室检测方法。方法采用培养-增强套式PCR法、支原体培养和微量板凝集试验(MAG)检测67例肺炎患儿MP的感染。结果培养-增强套式PCR法检测的阳性率明显高于培养法(P<0.001)和单份血清检测(P<0.01)。双份血清MAG的检出率和培养-增强套式PCR法比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论培养-增强套式PCR法是检测MP感染的简便有效的方法。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the methods for detection and diagnosis of mycoplasma infections in children with pneumonia. The culture-enhanced nPCR technique, mycoplasma culture and micropartical agglutination(MAG) were used to detect mycoplasma pneumoniae in clinical samples obtained from 67 children with pneumoniae. The positive rate of detection was significantly higher with culture-enhanced nPCR than with mycoplasma culture(P <0.001) and the first serum sample MAG (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the positive rate of detection with culture-enhanced nPCR and that with the second serum sample MAG (P >[Objective]0.05). [Conclusion] Culture-enhanced nPCR method is highly applicable in routine clinical laboratories for the preliminary detection and diagnosis of mycoplasmal infections.
