【摘要】 目的总结改良胸骨抬举术(Ravitch)及胸骨翻转术(Wada)治疗漏斗胸的治疗经验和体会。方法对1992年8月~2002年8月期间收治的16例漏斗胸患儿进行了包括胸廓外形、X线胸片、心肺功能检测等临床分析。结果所有患儿的胸廓外形和心肺功能都恢复正常。结论改良胸骨抬举术和胸骨翻转术治疗漏斗胸均可取得较满意的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 To review the surgical experience modified sternal elevation(Ravitch) and sternal turnover(Wada)in the treatment of funnel chest. From August 1992 to August 2002, 16 patients with funnel chest underwent modified sternal elevation or sternal turnover. All patients were followed up for 10 months to 2 years. The perimeters of costal cage deformity were assessed by index of funnel based on X-ray. Normal contours for all patients were obtained. The cardiopulmonary function and pulmonary function recovered to normal level. [Conclusion] Normal appearance of chest wall could result, and the cardiopulmonary function would be improved by using the modified sternal elevation or sternal turnover procedure.更多还原
