【摘要】 目的探讨残余胆囊的发生、诊断、治疗以及预防。方法通过对22例残余胆囊的诊治,讨论其发病特点、临床症状、诊治方法以及预防措施。结果随着腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的日益开展,残余胆囊已经成为一个不容忽视的并发症,重视手术技能和临床解剖知识可以有效减少其发生。结论残余胆囊给患者带来很大的痛苦,应引起广大临床医生的高度重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the occurrence?diagnosis, treatment and prevention of remained cholecysts. Through the care of 22 patients of remained cholecysts, the author has discussed the above clinical knowledge. With the increasing development of cholecystectomy, especially laporocholecystectomy, occurrence of remained cholecysts rises. Attention to the clinical skills and relevant anatomic knowledge can prevent remained cholecysts from happening.
