【摘要】 目的探讨血液净化疗法抢救百草枯中毒的疗效和价值。方法63例百草枯中毒患者,其中23例应用洗胃、口服漂白土及导泻剂等抢救,余40例在上述治疗基础上,加用血液灌流和透析抢救,比较二者治愈率的不同,用卡方检验。结果63例中共治愈34例,死亡29例。其中血液净化组治愈27例,死亡13例,治愈率67.50%;非血液净化组治愈7例,死亡16例,治愈率30.43% 。经统计学处理二者差异有显著性,P <0.01。另比较开始血液净化时间的迟早,发现中毒6 h内净化者治愈21例,死亡5例,治愈率80.75%;中毒6 h后净化者治愈6例,死亡8例,治愈率42.87%。二者明显差异,P <0.05。结论在洗胃、口服漂白土及导泻剂的基础上,尽早应用血液净化技术是抢救百草枯中毒的有效疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the curative effect and Value of blood purification for paraquat poisoning. 63 patients of paraquat poisoning were observed, among them 23 cases were given gastric lavage, taking orally fuller′s earth and cathartic, the others (40 caese) were given hemopurification (hemoperfusion and hemodialysis) in addition to above-mentioned trearments. Cure rates were compared with χ2 test. Total cure rate was 53.96%(34/63). The cure rate (67.50%,27/40) in 40 cases accepting hemopurfication was significantly higher than that (30.43%,7/23) in 23 cases without hemopurification. There was obvious difference in the cure rate between the cases beginning hemopurification in 6 hours after paraquat poisoning and those starting hemopurification latrer than 6 hours (80.50% to 42.87%). [Conclusion] Combining hemopurification as soon as posible base of gastric larage; taking orally Fuller′s earth and cathartic, is one of effective treatments for paraquat poisoning.更多还原
