【摘要】 目的:探讨原发性脊髓恶性黑色素瘤的临床特点。方法:报告1例原发性脊髓恶性黑色素瘤的临床、病理及影像资料,并结合文献,对该罕见病的临床诊断、影像学、组织病理及治疗等作一复习。结果:MRI显示肿瘤位于C3、4椎体水平硬膜内外肿瘤。手术证实为髓外硬膜内外肿瘤。组织病理为恶性黑色素瘤。结论:恶性黑色素瘤发病率低,磁共振检查具有特异性,手术治疗、放疗及免疫治疗效果不佳,预后差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical characteristics of primary spinal malignant melanocytoma.Methods:The clinical, histological and radiological data of a case of primaty spinal malignant melancytoma were reported.The literatures about primary spinal melanocytoma were reviewed in discussion.Results:The MRl appeared that the spinal lesion occurred at C₃-C₄ with extension in the paraspinal region.Observed in operation,the tumer was located in the spinal canal.Histopathology of the lesion showed a meningeal melanocytoma.Conclusion:Meningeal melanocytoma is an extremely rare tumor,the magnetic resonance imaging appearance of melanocytoma is characteristic.Surgery resection,radiotherapy and chemotherapy is not effectiveness.The prognosis is very poor.更多还原
