【摘要】 目的:研究急性脑卒中患者起病12h内血糖变化情况及探讨血糖变化程度与脑卒中严重程度、卒中类型和预后的关系。方法:2次测定188例无糖尿病的急性脑卒中患者起病12h内的血糖水平。结果:血糖于急性脑卒中起病12h内开始升高:轻至中度脑卒中患者血糖水平由5.6mmol/L升至6.1mmol/L(P<0.001);重度脑卒中患者血糖水平由6.3mmol/L升至6.8mmol/L(P<0.001);起病7d内死亡患者血糖水平由6.8mmol/L升至7.2mmol/L(P<0.001)。结论:血糖水平在急性脑卒中起病后升高且与脑卒中的严重程度呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the relationships between blood glucose levels and the prognosis of acute stroke.Methods:Blood glucose was measured twice in 188 cases of acute stroke without diabetes mellitus within 12 h of stroke onset.Results:Blood glucose levels increased in the first 12 h after stroke onset from 5.6 to 6.1 mmol/l(P< 0.001) in mild to moderate stroke,while blood glucose levels increased from 6.3 to 6.8 mmol/l (P<0.001) in severe stroke.In patients who died within 7 days of stroke onset, blood glucose increased from 6.8 to 7.2 mmol/l (P<0.001).Conclusion:Blood glucose increaseed after the onset of acute stroke and the increase was related to the severity of the stroke.更多还原
