废旧农用塑料膜回收造粒的工艺与设备

【摘要】 再生造粒技术是我国农用塑料薄膜回收利用的主要技术。本文论述了我国废旧农用塑料薄膜再生造粒的工艺与设备现状;比较了湿法造粒工艺和干法造粒工艺在中国实施的可行性、经济性,从而推荐目前宜在国内推广干法造粒工艺,同时说明开发干法造粒工艺必须以开发经济可靠的杂质分离技术和切粒技术为基础。

【Abstract】 Granulitization is the major technique of agriculture plastic film reutilization in China.In this paper the state-of-art of waste agricultural plastic film granulitization technologies were introduced;and the dry process technology and the wet process technology were compared to evaluate their feasibility and economy.From those discussions the dry process granulitization technology was recommended as an important one to be developed in China.At the same time it was proposed that developing dry process technology should be based on the effective and reliable impurity separation technology and pellet-cutting machinery.
