油菜×蔊菜远缘杂交创新油菜种质资源研究

【摘要】 本项研究重点是要探讨通过油菜与菜远缘杂交,将菜的某些优良性状转移到栽培油菜中的可行性。结果表明甘蓝型油菜与菜进行远缘杂交有较好的亲和性。而且其杂交后代变异明显,出现了许多碎叶型植株和一些类似白菜型的植株,杂交后代对菌核病有较强的抗性,有许多具有优势的单株。油菜与菜进行远缘杂交对于创新油菜种质资源,培育高产、高抗油菜新品种具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 the feasibility has been studied that some good traits of India rorippa were transmitted into Brassica napus through the distant hybridization of Brassica napus×India rorippa. The results indicated that high crossable compatibility was expressed between Brassica napus and India rorippa, and their interspecific progenies showed more genetic variations, and grew many plants such as the defective leaf and the Peking cabbage types. Furthermore, the progenies appeared high resistance to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. So it was very important to develop germplasm and then new high-yield, high-resistance cultivars of Brassica napus through the wide crosses of Brassica napus×India rorippa.
