【摘要】 目的　总结改良小切口胆囊切除术的经验。　方法　1998年 9月~2003年 6月,用改制的Bookwalter牵开器、顶针环式深部打结器以及钩状L形电刀行小切口胆囊切除术 128例。　结果　以切口≤6cm为手术成功。在 128例中,成功为 110例,占 85 9%。　结论　自行改制的Bookwalter牵开器,能有效改善小切口胆囊切除术过程暴露和照明,顶针环式打结器可行超指长部位打结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of modified mini-cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 128 patients underwent mini-cholecystectomy by using a modified Bookwalter retractor, a self-made deep-site tying tool and an L-shape electrotome from September 1998 to June 2003. Results That the length of incision ≤ 6 cm was regarded as a surgical success. Out of the 128 patients, the surgical success was achieved in 110 patients (85 9%). Conclusions In mini-cholecystectomy, the use of the modified Bookwalter retractor greatly improves the visualization of operation field, and the use of the self-made tying tool facilitates deep-site manual knot tying.更多还原
