【摘要】 目的　探讨下颌骨外板移植在眶颧骨折修复中的应用。　方法　 1999年 4月～ 2 0 0 3年 4月 ,经口内入路采取下颌骨外板配合坚强内固定技术修复眶颧骨折 9例。　结果　 9例随访 6～ 36个月 ,下颌骨外板植骨愈合良好 ,骨质无明显吸收。　结论　自体下颌骨外板可以很好地完成眶颧部位的修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the bone graft using autogenous outer mandibular table in the management of orbitozygomatic fracture. Methods Nine cases of orbitozygomatic fracture underwent autogenous bone graft using outer mandibular table through oral approach, together with strong internal fixation, from April 1999 to April 2003. Results Follow-up for 6～36 months revealed the grafted bone healed favorably, without obvious bone absorption. Conclusions Autogenous outer mandibular table can be used in the reconstruction of orbitozygomatic fracture.更多还原
