【摘要】 本文对国内外突发共卫生事件监测、应急系统的理论与做法进行了研究,通过对湖北省几个农村地区突发公共卫生事件监测、应急系统的建立与完善进行调查分析的基础上,了解整个系统建设与运作过程中存在的问题和困难,总结成功经验和做法;提出相应的对策与建议,为完善我国农村突发公共卫生事件监测、应急系统提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the theory and experiences of the system of monitoring and preparedness for and response to emergent public health hazards at home and abroad. Through investigating and analyzing the current situation of rural public health, establishment of the system of monitoring and preparedness for and response to emergent public health hazards in rural areas, we find out the existing problems and difficulties in this system.
