【摘要】 目的探讨颅内自膨式支架Neuroform联合弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤的可行性和短期效果。方法应用Neuroform支架治疗12例病人的14个宽颈动脉瘤,瘤颈宽度介于2.0￣10.6mm,瘤体与瘤颈直径之比均小于2.0。围手术期均口服血小板抑制剂药物。结果14个Neuroform支架均成功释放。动脉瘤完全栓塞10个,次全栓塞1个,不全栓塞3个。临床随访2～10个月,恢复良好10例,轻度残疾2例。2例病人分别在栓塞后4个月及6个月复查DSA,未见动脉瘤复发及支架移位。结论Neuroform自膨式支架联合弹簧圈治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤是一种安全可行的新技术,需进一步扩大病例和长期随访以客观评价其疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To describe the technical feasibility and efficacy of using a self-expandable microstent-Neuroform, as an adjunct in the endovascular treatment of wide-necked aneurysms. Methods Fourteen wide-necked aneurysms (dome-to-neck ratio < 2, and the neck size was 2.0-10.6 mm) were treated with Neuroform microstent in 12 patients. All patients were treated with hemagglutination inhibitor pre- and post-operation. Results All the stents were successfully deployed, and the stent placement was optimal in 13 aneurysms and suboptimal in 1. Total occlusion was observed in 10 aneurysms, subtotal in 1, and partial in 3. Ten patients achieved good recovery in 2-10 month follow-up, and 2 had mild disability. Two patients were rechecked by DSA on fourth and sixth months post-operation, which showed no aneurysm and stent recurred. Conclusion Neuroform stent may be a safe and feasible tool for endovascular reconstruction treatment of wide-necked cerebral aneurysms. Although the early results are promising, the long-term benefit of this technique remain to be proved by large number of cases, and clinical follow-up.更多还原
