云南战区部队首次检出携带耶尔森菌HPI毒力岛基因irp-2的大肠杆菌
First detection of pathogenicity islands gene irp-2 of Yersinia enterocolitica HPI from Escherichia coli strains in the troops of Yunnan military region
【摘要】 目的:了解携带小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌HPI毒力岛基因irp-2的大肠杆菌在云南战区部队腹泻患者粪便标本中的存在情况,并对其菌株做毒力试验。方法:用PCR扩增法检测毒力岛基因irp-2,小白鼠腹腔注射检测毒力。结果:从268份腹泻病人粪便中分离的大肠杆菌菌株中,检测出携带小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌HPI毒力岛基因irp-2的18株,检出率为6.72%(18/268)。毒力试验使小白鼠发病并死亡。结论:云南战区存在携带小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌HPI毒力岛基因irp-2的大肠杆菌,该菌对部队指战员的健康具有潜在性的威胁。
【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the occurrence and virulence of E.coli strains carrying pathogenicity islands gene irp-2 of Yersinia enterocolitica HPI with night soil samples from diarrhoeal patients of the troops of Yunnan military region.Methods:Pathogenicity islands gene irp-2 was detected by PCR amplification, and the virulence of E.coli strains was determined with mice by intraperitoneal injection.Results:18 E.coli strains carrying pathogenicity island gene irp-2 of Yersinia enterocolitica HPI were detected from 268 night soil samples, representing a 6.72% detection rate (18/268), which further resulted in the occurrence of serious illness and death for experimental mice after intraperitoneal injection in virulence detection.Conclusion:E.coli strains carrying pathogenicity islands gene irp-2 of Yersinia enterocolitica HPI occurred in the troops of Yunnan military region,which will bring putative threats to the health of commanders and fighters.
