微波增压消解-流动注射化学发光法快速测定去离子水中微量有机物质
Rapid determination of trace organic substance in deionized water with high-pressure microwave digestion by flow-injection chemiluminescence method
【摘要】 目的:研究一种去离子水中微量有机物质的测定方法。方法:将微波压力快速消解技术与流动注射分析技术结合,利用偶合化学发光反应,根据Cr3+对碱性luminol-H2O2发光体系的线性催化作用,间接测定了去离子水中微量有机物质总量。结果:以Cr3+为评定参数,方法快速简便,灵敏度高,检测下限为4.476×10-11mol/L(1/3Cr3+),多次平行测定(n=6、7)的RSD<2.5%。结论:结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a method for the detection of trace organic substance in deionized water.Methods:A new method for determination of trace organic substance in deionized water was studied.Samples were digested with potassium dichnomate in closed vessel by high-pressure microwave.Results:The lowest detection limit of organic substance was 4.476× 10 -11 mol/L(1/4C) by flow-injection chemiluminescence method, RSD<2.5%(n=6 or 7)and the recovery was 96%~103%.Conclusion:The analytical results are satisfactory.
