【Abstract】 Detection of the low molecular weight RNA associated with the tobacco bushy top disease is the main method of the disease diagnosis. An improved nucleic acid extraction method about the low molecular weight RNA associated with the tobacco bushy top disease was developed in this paper. The results showed that the improved method could be rapidly and specifically used in the quarantine of tobacco bushy top disease.更多还原
