关于自主创新与知识产权之间的联动
On Linkages between Self-Determination Innovation and Intellectual Property
【摘要】 本文在探讨了自主创新与自主创新战略和知识产权与知识产权战略的内涵后,认为二者之间存在联动关系,即相互对对方系统的持续变革产生联系和互动,并分析了几种联动关系。
【Abstract】 After studying meanings of both the Self-Determination Innovation & its strategy and the Intellectual Property & its strategy, the paper concludes that there is a linkage between the two respects, and then the paper analyzes the linkages between the two sides. The term linkage, in the paper, refers to producing continuant relations and mutual impact among two or more aspects.
