【摘要】 建立高层管理团队是如今管理实践中的热门话题,本文旨在对建立高层管理团队的时机进行分析。本文首先从高层管理者的工作入手,在明茨伯格关于管理者角色研究的基础上得出并不是任何时候都需要建立高层管理团队。最后提出了应该根据所面临问题的难易程度和不确定性水平的高低来确定不同的工作模式,并且提出了在每种模式下管理者应发挥的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, establishing top management team (TMT) has been the hottest topic in management practice. Whether TMT should be used unconditionally remains to be answered. The article is devoted to find when it is appropriate to establish TMT. Based on the Mintzberg′s "manager′s role" research, we propose it is unnecessary to resort to TMT at any time. We further suggest the establishment of TMT should depend on the difficulty of the problem and levels of uncertainty. Finally the manager′s role in different modes of working is briefly mentioned更多还原
