【摘要】 目的观察盐酸乙哌立松治疗伴有颈椎异常的紧张型头痛的治疗效果及安全性。方法采用开放性研究,患者226例,每日口服盐酸乙哌立松150mg,治疗时间为4周。在疗程开始前用药后第2周、4周分别记录头痛的强度、持续时间、频率、部位、性质和不良事件,并测定颈肌的痛阈。结果治疗前与治疗第二周和第四周相比,盐酸乙哌立松明显减轻头痛程度和减少头痛频率,对于缓解颈肌张力和颈肌压痛明显有效。约有7%的病人在服药期间有轻度肢体无力、嗜睡、头晕及胃肠道反应等不适。结论盐酸乙哌立松是治疗伴有颈椎异常的紧张型头痛安全有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the role of eperisone HCl in treating tension-type headache (TTH) with abnormal cervical vertebra, a multiple central prospective trial was made at 11 hospitals from April to October 2004. Method: A total of 226 patients with TTH with abnormal cervical vertebra took orally Eperisone HCl (50 mg t.i.d) for 4 weeks. The severity (VAS), duration, frequency, position and quality of headache, cervical muscular tenderness and adverse events were recorded before treatment and at 2, 4 weeks after treatment. The pain threshold of cervical muscle was mensurated using a pressure gauge. Result: The intensity of headache was significantly decreased at 2 (VAS, 3.89±1.69) and 4 (1.81±1.32) weeks after treatment than before treatment (7.16±1.49)(P<0.01). The pain threshold of cervical muscle was increased at 2 (A, 3.442±1.355; B, 3.762±1.456) and 4 (A, 3.680±1.334; B, 3.962±1.351) weeks after treatment than before treatment (A, 3.148±1.490; B, 3.515±1.847)(P<0.01). About 7% of the patients had slightly symptoms of weakness with limbs and trunk, lethargy, dizziness, stomach and intestines feedback et al.Conclusion: Eperisone HCl is safe and effective for TTH with abnormal cervical vertebra.更多还原
