竹提取物的钙拮抗作用及对心肌缺血的影响
Calcium Antagonogic Effect of Bamboo Extracts and its Influence on Myocardial Ischemia
【摘要】 利用45Ca路膜测量技术和冠脉结扎法研究了慈竹、硬头黄、麻竹、毛竹等竹提取 物对大鼠细胞膜钙通道钙内流、外溢以及对心肌缺血的影响。发现竹提取物能阻滞细胞膜 PDC钙通道钙离子内流;能促进已流入心、肝、肺、动脉等多种内脏器官细胞中超载的钙 离子外溢;对大鼠急性心肌缺血有保护作用,可抑制结扎冠脉引起的心电图改变。结果表 明,竹提取物在医药、保健食品领域有应用前景。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the 45Ca transmembrane technique and coronary artery ligation were used to study the influence of Neosinocalamus affinis、 Bambusa rigida、Dendrocalamus latiflorus and Phyllostachys pubescens extracts on the cell membranes Ca2+ channel influx and efflux, as well as myocardial ischemia in rats. It is found out that the extracts should block Ca2+ into cell membranes and reduce cell damage caused by the massive Ca2+ influx. At the same time, the extracts had a protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia in rats, which could restrain the changes of electrocardiogram caused by coronary artery ligation. These results demonstrate that the bamboo extracts can be applied in the fields of medicine, sanitarian foodstuffs, and so on.
