两种浮筏隔振方案的比较分析
Comparative Analysis of Two Solutions to Vibration Isolation System with a Floating Raft
【摘要】 船舶的推进装置的振动噪声控制一直是国内外研究者关注的重要课题。采用浮筏技术是解决这一问题的有效措施之一。针对推进装置的隔振要求,提出了两种浮筏隔振系统,并随后通过建立有限元模型,对自振频率、冲击响应、受迫振动以及噪声传递等振动特性进行了分析比较,最后得出结论。论文结果有助于同类型船舶的推进装置选择一个合适的隔振系统。
【Abstract】 Vibration noise control of propulsion device in ships has been an important subject for domestic and foreign researchers. Adopting floating raft technology is one of the effective measures to solve the problem. In accordance with vibration isolation requirements of propulsion device, two solutions to vibration isolation system of propulsion device with a floating raft are put forward. After the finite element models′ establishing, a comparison of vibration characteristics including natural frequency, shock response, forced vibration and noise transmission is given. Finally, conclusion is made. Results of this study are to be considered as a tool to help the selection of the proper vibration isolation system of the power propulsion arrangement.
