【摘要】 目的研究大肠癌组织中p16蛋白的表达和临床病理因素的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测25例正常肠粘摸及70例大肠癌组织中p16蛋白的表达。结果大肠癌组织p16蛋白阳性率显著低于正常肠粘膜(P<0·05),p16蛋白表达与大肠癌组织分化程度、淋巴结转移和Dukes分期等密切相关(P<0·05)。结论大肠癌组织p16蛋白表达下调,p16蛋白表达与大肠癌的临床病理特征密切相关,检测p16蛋白的表达可能成为大肠癌诊断和判断预后的重要的分子生物学指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relation betweenp p16 expression and clincopathologic of characters of colon cancer. Methods p16 were examined with immunohistoche mical S-P method in 25 specimens of normal colon mucous and 70 of colon carcinoma. Results The p16 expression in colon carcinomas was lower than that in normal colon mucous(P<0.05). The p16 expression was significantly related with histological difdferentiation, lymph nlde metastasis and Dukes stage(P<0.05). Conclusion p16 expression is well associated with the clinicopathologic characters of colon carcinoma. The expression of P16 gene may be a useful tool for showing biological behavior and prognosis of human colon carcinomas.更多还原
