【Abstract】 Four healthy cows of the first group were administered amoxicillin with a dosage of 1 mL/20 kg BW one time per day for five days successivly.Four healthy cows of the second group were administered with double dosage in the same way.The milk samples from eight cows were collected at 0,6,12 h and 1,2,3 days after the last dose.The residues of amoxicillin were detected by high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that the depletion of amoxicillin in milk was fast,the residues of the two groups at 0 h were 9.0 and 16.9 μg/kg respectively,no residue was detected at 36 h.更多还原
