【摘要】 应用几种消毒剂对鸡球虫卵囊进行了抑杀试验,结果表明,百毒消、七消液和2%烧碱(Sod ium hydroxide)及自配的一种消毒剂(1%酚剂+0.1%表面活性剂)均无抑制球虫卵囊孢子化的效果,而自配的另一种消毒剂(0.05%碘液+0.1%酸+0.1%表面活性剂)处理新鲜卵囊10、20、60 m in和24 h后,卵囊的孢子化率与对照组相比分别下降了30.4%、51.9%、60.8%和90.4%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Several disinfectants,Baiduxiao,Qixiaoye,and 2% sodium hydroxide,bought from markets were tested for restraining coccidian oocyst sporulation.The results indicated none of them have the efficacy on restraint of(oocyst) sporulation.One of two disinfectants prepared ourselves also has no efficacy on restraining coccidian oocyst sporulation and the another can reduces the oocyct sporulation rate of 30.4%?51.9%?60.8% and 90.4% after 10,20,60 minutes and 24 hours treating with it comparing with the control group.This indicates a effective disinfectant coccidian oocycts has been selected primarily.更多还原
