【摘要】 通过对 5 0 %抑制浓度 (IC50 )、回收率和变异系数的测定 ,对比了常规法和微波法包被的酶联板在克仑特罗ELISA检测试剂盒中的应用。检验结果表明 :常规法与微波法包被的酶联板的IC50 分别为 1 .0 8和 0 .96μg/L ,添加 1 μg/L克仑特罗猪尿的回收率分别为 90 %和 86%。两种方法包被的酶联板的板内变异系数均小于 8% ,板间变异系数均小于 1 2 %。试验证明 ,在ELISA试验中 ,微波法包被具有常规法包被相当的应用效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Two comparing tests of blocking microtiter plates in conventional and microwave method were done. The corresponding concentraions of calibration curve mid point（B/B₀-50%） were 1.08 μg/L with the conventional method and 0.96 μg/L with the microwave method. The recovery rates were 90% and 86% at 1 μg/L of clenbuterol in pig urine, respectively. The interassay variations were both below 8% and the intraassay variations were both below 12%. The results showed that the two blocking methods have the same applicability.更多还原
