饲料添加中草药抗毒害艾美耳球虫效果观察
Efficacy of Chinese herbs in feedstuff against E. necatrix
【摘要】 选择 90只 1日龄蛋用公雏 ,随机分为 6组 :马杜毒素拌料组 (Ⅰ组 ,添加量 5mg/kg饲料 ) ,克球粉拌料组 (Ⅱ组 ,添加量 1 2 5mg/kg饲料 ) ,中草药处方①组 (Ⅲ组 ,添加量 1 0 0 0 0mg/kg饲料 ) ,中草药处方②组 (Ⅳ组 ,添加量 1 0 0 0 0mg/kg饲料 ) ,感染不给药组 (Ⅴ组 ) ,不感染不给药组 (Ⅵ组 )。于无球虫条件下进行饲养 ,从 1日龄起饲喂混有药物的饲料 ,除Ⅵ组外 ,其他各组在1 8日龄接种 1× 1 0 5 个毒害艾美耳球虫孢子化卵囊 ,根据各组存活率、相对增重率、病变记分、血便记分和抗球虫指数观察药物的疗效 ,结果表明 :Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅳ组有低效抗球虫作用 ,Ⅲ组有中效抗球虫作用
【Abstract】 Ninety one-day-old chickens were selected and divided into 6 groups at random. Group Ⅰ was maduramycin group with the dose of 5 mg/kg feedstuff (FS), groupⅡ was clopidol group with the dose of 125 mg/kg FS, group Ⅲ was Chinese herbs formula A with the dose of 10 000 mg/kg FS, group Ⅳ was Chinese herbs composition B with the dose of 10 000 mg/kg FS, groupⅤ was infected-control-group, and group Ⅵ was uninfected-control-group. Chickens in groups were fed the feedstuff mixed with medicine except group Ⅴ and group Ⅵ from the first day. Chickens were orally inoculated with 1.0×10~5 sporulated E.necatrix occyts except chickens in Ⅵ group. The efficacy of the medicine, which was showed as survival rates, growth rates, bloody diarrhea, lesion scores and ACI of all groups, was observed. The results suggested that groupⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅳ could be less effective against E.necatrix, group Ⅲ could be effective against E.necatrix.
