超声断层扫描观察苏北犬胚胎和胎儿发育

【摘要】 用 5 MHz线阵探头对 14只母犬从配种后 18d开始 ,每 2 d用 B超探查 1次 ;配种后 36~ 4 8d,每 3d探查 1次 ;4 8d以后 ,于 5 2、5 7d各探查 1次。结果表明 ,于配种后 18~ 2 2 d确诊 7只犬妊娠 ,7只空怀。有 3只犬分别在配种后2 4、36、39d发生流产。观察胎囊、胎儿、胎心、胎动、胎儿脏器、胎儿骨骼出现时间和测量胎囊大小、冠臀长、胎儿身长、头长、双顶径、胸深和心区大小 ,证明胎囊大小、胎儿冠臀长、身长、头长、双顶径、胸深与胎龄呈显著正相关。在配种后18~ 30 d,观察子宫暗区大小可预测胎龄。在配种 32 d以后 ,观测胸深、双顶径或头长 ,可精确预测胎龄。

【Abstract】 Fourteen bitches were scanned ultrasonographically from 18 d after mating by a 5 MHz transducer.Seven bitches were detected in pregnancy,and the others in none-pregnancy at 18-22 d after mating.Abortion occurred in three pregnant bitches at days 24,36 and 39 after mating respectively.The pregnant were scanned once every two days from days 18 to 36,once every three days from days 36 to 48,once respectively at days 52,48 from day 48 to delivery aftermating,to determine the time of first detection of gestational sac,embryo and heart,movement,organs,skeleton of feta,and sizes of gestational sac and body,crown-rump length,head,biparietal diameter(BPD),thoracic depth,heart diameter of embryo or feta.Statistics analysis result showed that there was a high correlation between the size of gestational sac and body,crown-rump length,head,biparietal diameter(BPD),thoracic depth,heart diameter of embryo or feta and the days after mating.For estimation of gestation age,the sizes of gestational sac were useful from 18 to 30 d after mating,the sizes of head,BPD and thoracic depth of embryo or feta were more practical from 32 d to delivery.
