【摘要】 【目的】报告2003年10月通过重建血循环再植成功的严重全头皮撕脱伤病例。【方法】全麻下，将撕脱头皮及颅面部创面彻底清创，于10-16倍显微镜下吻合右侧颞浅动脉和左侧颞浅静脉重建撕脱头皮血循环，手术历时7h。【结果】再植头皮94％成活，术后两个月成活头皮毛发生长。【结论】高质量的血管吻合和正确的血管处理，一条颞浅动脉和一条颞浅静脉的吻合亦可保证再植头皮成活。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 A. case of severe total scalp avulsion was replanted successfully by microvascular anastomosis of one artery and one vein on October, 2003. 【Methods】 General endotracheal anesthesia was induced. The right superficial temporal artery and the left superficial temporal vein were anastomosed under 10-16×microscope after careful debridement for the avulsed scalp and head wound. Operative time was 7 hours. 【Result】 94% of the replanted scalp survived. Follow-up of the patient for 2 months showed adequate growth of hair. 【Conclusion】 With careful debridement, dissection, and repair of the vessels, successful microsurgical replantation of the total scalp avulsion is possible even only using a superficial temporal artery and a superficial temporal vein.更多还原
