温度和杀菌剂对平菇、香菇及其主要污染真菌菌丝生长的影响
Effects of Temperature and Several Fungicides on the Hyphal Growth of Pleurotus ostreatus,Lentinus edodes and Their Contaminative Fungi
【摘要】 比较研究平菇、香菇及其代料栽培中的主要污染真菌菌丝生长对温度和几种杀菌种的反应。平菇P82菌丝生长的最适温度为30℃;而其主要污染菌绿色粘帚霉的最适生长温度为25℃。香菇X10菌丝生长的最佳温度为25℃;其主要污染菌哈茨木霉、绿色木霉和长枝木霉菌丝生长的最佳生长温度为30℃。符合绿色食品生产要求的多菌灵、甲基托布津和使百克对木霉和绿色粘帚霉有较强抑制作用,而对平菇P82和香菇X10抑制作用较弱。
【Abstract】 The optimum temperature for the hyphal growth of pleurotus ostreatus P82 were respectively 30℃ and for their predominant contaminative fungi i.e.Gliocladium virens Gl1 and Gl2,were 25℃.The hyphal growth of Lentinus edodes were much better in the case of temperature 25℃,but for its major contamitative fungi,including Trichoderma harzianum Tr1 T.viride Tr2 and T.longibrachiatum Tr3,the optimum temperature of hyphal growth were 30℃.Several fungicides(carbendazim,thiophanat-methyl and prochloraz)that accorded with demands of the green food production,had stronger suppression against Trichoderma spp.and Gliocladium virens than against Pleurotus ostreatus P82 and Lentinus edodes X10.
