从香菇子实体中分离了两种病毒

【摘要】利用差速离心和蔗糖梯度离心技术,从香菇子实体中分离出了一种球状病毒和一种噬菌体,其中噬菌体为国际首次在香菇中发现。病毒的分离为今后香菇脱毒技术的建立以及病毒的进化与分类研究打下了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 By differential centrifugation and sucrose density gradient centrifugation technology,a spherical virus and phage are isolated.It is important that this is the first report for Lentinus edodes phage.Based on this job the virus-free technology,virus evolution and virus classification will be studied.更多还原
