【Abstract】 Studies on domestication of 205 new strain for the first time.The results showed that the optimal temperature and pH for mycelium growth were 22℃ to 32℃ and 5 to 12,and the optimum one was 28℃ and 7to 9 as well.The optimal carbon sources were Mannose and glucose.And the optimal nitrogen sources were yeast paste and beef paste.更多还原
