【摘要】 应用石蜡切片法对五唇兰(DoritispulcherrimaLindl.)的胚囊发育过程进行了观察,结果表明:五唇兰的胚囊发育类型为双孢子葱型,胚珠通常含单胚囊,也形成约1%的双胚囊.双胚囊胚珠和正常发育的胚珠一样呈倒生型、具薄珠心、两层珠被,但胚珠横轴与纵轴的比值是正常胚珠的1.3-2倍,同一胚珠内的两个胚囊发育不一定同步.更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of embryo sac in Doritis pulcherrima (Orchidaceae) was observed by wax slice methods. The results show that the developmental pattern of Doritis pulcherrima embryo sac belongs to Allium type, one of the bisporic modes. Although single embryo sac develops in an ovule usually, there occur 1 percent ovules that have twin embryo sacs. The ovules both contain single or twin embryo sacs are anatropous, tenuinucellate and bitegmic, but the rate of width (X-AXIS) versus length (Y-AXIS) of twin embryo sacs type is as 1.3-2.0 folds as the single type and the developments of the twin embryo sacs in the same ovule are not certainly synchronous.更多还原
