解卷积获取显微光切片以及三维重建分析技术研究
Investigation on the Technique of Microscopic Optical Sectioning Using Deconvolution and Three Dimensional Image Reconstruction and Analysis
【摘要】 本研究运用线形与非线形相结合的成像模型,以此设计算法来去除断层图像的离焦成份,实现显微光切片。对256×256×30花粉图像的处理结果验证了算法在去除模糊信息上的效果。对处理后的30层断层图像进行三维重建、分割、测量,实现了显微断层图像的三维立体可视与分析。并在此基础上研制构建出数字共焦显微系统。
【Abstract】 In order to obtain optical sectioning, a new deconvolution algorithm that combine the linear and non-linear method are developed in the paper for removing the blurry defocused parts from the original images. 256×256×30 pollen spore image were used to illustrate the functions of our system. In the pollen spore experiment, 2D image were processed by the deconvolution algorithm and were reconstructed, segmented,and measured. As a result, a new system of digital confocal micro-optical sectioning and 3D analysis were established by the technique.
