基于广义模糊熵模式分类器的HRV信号识别
Reeognition of from Heart Rate Variability Signal Based on General Fuzzy Entropy Pattern classifier
【摘要】 本研究提出应用基于多输入 多输出模糊集变换的改善型广义模糊熵模式分类器 (GeneralFuzzyEntropyPattemclassifierGFEPC)系统 ,来识别排序相邻与不相邻情况的心率变异性 (HeartRateVariability ,,HRV)信号 ,实验表明的有效性 ,既与类别排序无关 ,同时对两种不同排序类别具有较好正确的分类率。
【Abstract】 In this experiments,the general fuzzy entropy pattern classifier was introduced into the identification of Heart Rate Variability signal with negihboring and non-neighboring.The results of testing demonstrated that identification irrespective of sorts,and identification rate reached an satisfying level.It is validity proved by many experiment.
