新型颈动脉滤器脑保护装置对颈动脉血流影响的动物模型研究
In Vivo Study for the Effect of a New Type of Filter on Carotid Blood Flow with Animal Model
【摘要】 本实验以动物模型研究一种新型颈动脉滤器脑保护装置对颈动脉血流的影响。选择与人颈动脉血流比较接近的中华小型猪为动物模型 ,在猪颈动脉内置入滤器前后分别应用脉冲多普勒超声在体表采集颈动脉血流频谱 ,并进一步计算颈动脉内平均血流速度 ,研究颈动脉滤器置入对血流的影响。结果发现 ,颈动脉滤器置入可以使颈动脉血流量减少 3%~ 30 % ,血流速度减慢约 4 0 %。此新型颈动脉滤器虽然能保持颈动脉前向血流 ,但仍将对血流产生一定影响。
【Abstract】 In vivo study was performed by using a new cerebral protect device(CPD) in swine.The frequency spectrum of carotid blood flow was recorded by color Doppler before and after deployment of CPD,and the mean velocity of carotid blood flow before and after CPD placement were measured and compared.About 3%~30% reduction of flow volume was observed after placement of CPD,as well as 40% decrease of flow velocity.The results indicated that the CPD system could keep forward blood flow of carotid artery,however influenced the blood flow in volume and velocity at certain degrees.
