【Abstract】 This research adopts two-step method to determine the activity of catalase.The first step is that catalase reacts with substrate in traditional titration method;The second step is that peroxidase reacts with residual hydrogen peroxide,DH₂ is oxygenated to a brown material,according to the shade of brown color,activity unit of catalase can be deduced in reverse.These results indicate that it is a convenient,sensitive and practical method to determine the catalase activity.更多还原
