广州地区可生吃新鲜蔬菜人体肠道寄生虫污染状况调查

【摘要】 为了解广州市供应的可生食新鲜蔬菜的寄生虫及其虫卵污染的情况,以广州市近郊蔬菜种植园、各区农贸市场和部分饮食业单位为调查点,采用询问调查和现场采样方式,用清水沉淀法检验寄生虫虫卵。共检测了8种365份可生食蔬菜,总检出率21.37%,寄生虫及虫卵中,蛔虫卵检出率为4.93%,钩蚴检出率为11.23%。饮食业制作可生食蔬菜成品的检出率达7.14%。广州地区可生食新鲜蔬菜寄生虫检出率偏高,生食蔬菜有一定危险性。

【Abstract】 To realize the situation of contamination of vegetables by parasites’ ova and larvae in the market of Guangzhou, 365 samples of 8 kinds of vegetables were collected from suburban vegetable farms, bazaars and downtown restaurants and examined by washing-precipitation method for ova and larvae of parasites. The overall positive detective rate was 21.37%. The positive detective rate of ascaris ova was 4.9% and that of hookworm larvae was 11.23%. The positive rate of parasite contamination on ready-to-serve raw vegetable samples collected from restaurants was 7.1%. The results indicate that the situation is undesirable and risky.
