【摘要】 为了解目前家庭式托幼机构食堂的卫生状况,加强食品安全管理,采用抽查全市卫生监督检查文书和现场监督检查相结合的方式对鹤壁市23家家庭式托幼机构进行了调查。结果表明家庭式托幼机构存在的主要食品安全问题是无证卫生许可证、从业人员健康证和卫生知识培训合格证,基础卫生设施不健全,环境卫生不符合要求,卫生管理混乱等。针对发现的问题,建议卫生行政部门制定相应的卫生管理法规、技术规范和发证标准,严格发证审批程序,加强日常监督监测,提高从业人员的食品卫生安全知识培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Household nursery is a new form of commercial nursery growing with th e market economy. To understand their food sanitation status, 23 household nurse ries in Hebi, a middle-sized city in Henan Province, were investigated. The majo r problems included illegal operation without hygiene or health licenses or elig ible certificate of training on food hygiene, incomplete basic facility for food sanitation and disordered management, etc. The measures that should be taken ar e: to establish criteria for hygiene management, and license granting, to intens ify routine monitor and to provide education on food safety knowledge for the practitioners of household nurseries.更多还原
